Detailed Iterenary of the day! (Getting Ready Time & Address, Ceremony start and end times & address, Cocktail Hour, and Reception start and end times if applicable)
What time do you want me to begin filming and where? And when do you want my services to conclude?
DINNER: Ideally I eat when you eat. When planning your schedule, I highly recommend scheduling the Toasts/Speeches to be before or after the dinner. You probably don't want footage of you eating the entire time the toasts are being given, but instead you want your hands free so that you can laugh and cry during the toasts. So, will be the toasts and speeches be before/after dinner? Or during?
For your portraits - I am happy to work side by side with the photographer. However, it's up to you if you want to seperate my time from theirs. Seperating my time from the photographers will allow for better bridal footage, less rushed, and ensures that everyone gets the time they need. All I need is 20-25 minutes. Again, I'm happy to work side by side with the photographer, but it's up to you!
Will the bride and groom be reciting personal vows? (Not to be confused with the traditional vows that they will be repeating back to the pastor!) If yes, the groom will wear a Lav Mic. Is the bride open to wearing a Lav Mic? I can make it invisible.
Are there any special events happening during your wedding day that I need to be aware of? Examples: Special speeches, musical numbers, dance numbers, any type of suprise, etc etc. And is there anything else I need to be aware of about? (divorces, someone doesn't like to be on camera, people that do not get along, etc..)
