THE PROCESS
Step One
INQUIRY & BOOKING
After you inquire, we will reach back out within 24 hours with our pricing brochure. We can follow up with a call to answer any questions you have and start custumizing your package. Once we've created your dream package, a 25% deposit and contract signature is required to book.
Step Two
YOUR WEDDING ADVENTURE
Your wedding is meant to be an experience and Jan Thevis Films is here to elevate that experience. During your wedding and the events before and after, we will be capturing the emotional moments, the candid adventures, and details you may not have had time to absorb. We want you to watch your film and remember every detail of your day.
Step Three
RE-LIVING YOUR STORY
With shooting dozens of wedding, we understand that waiting for your film is hard. Our top priority is delivering films of the highest quality, and so you can expect to receive your film within 6 weeks. To saliate that wait, you can expect, if booked, a 60 second trailer within 7 days of your wedding and a social media teaser within 48 hours.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR WEDDING FILMS?Jan Thevis Films includes a 5 minute film with every base package. Every package can be customize to your needs. We offer 7 minute, 10 minute, and 15-20 minute edit add ons.

HOW IS MUSIC SELECTED?We license ALL music through two sites: Epidemic Sound and Musicbed. Due to copyright reasons, we don't take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film. However - always tell us if there's a song you NEED adn we'll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film.

DO WE PAY FOR TRAVEL?Jan and Max are located in Cologne, Germany and offer Domestic & International Travel Packages.

WHAT RESOLUTION ARE FILM DELIVERED IN?All films by Jan Thevis Films are guaranteed to be delivered in 4K quality.

WHEN WILL YOUR FILMS BE DELIVERED?Turnaround time for a wedding trailer is 7 days and 48 hours for social media teasers. Your full wedding film and additional edits will be delivered within 6 weeks.
